First rule of a multinational: do not exclude people from other countries from their competitions.
Second rule of a multinational: use its own registration and drawing system, do not lazily rely on third parties.

Used for years by bots around the world, it has now taken some measure against bots. Too bad that these measures also block humans. And yes, you can "contact support" and they will reply: "hey, it looks like you are a bot, you know... we have these security measures"!

I have never had any problems with Koh-I-Noor products, so I don't know how they would react when faced with a defective product, but I have contacted support several times to ask for information. Detailed information, not one-line answers. They have always answered my emails in a professional way, trying to provide all possible information, often also providing pdfs.

Once upon a time there was a company capable of producing excellent headsets and projected to the future of gaming." For gamer" items exist because Steelseries (and Razer) invested in them. Today SteelSeries seems to be putting its brand on very low quality items, relying on marketing and benefits for influencers.
I had a problem with a headset that was given to me and I have not encountered any collaboration from the support, other than the copy / paste of the FAQ.
And also on marketing they have big problems: with giveaways of game keys in very limited numbers, which causes them self-inflicted DDoS attack and waste of time for members.

In the past 5 years I have purchased a Gigabyte product 2 times.
Both times I have had problems.
Both times the online support proved: careless, incapable of proposing solutions, passing the buck ("contact the seller". Ok, so what would your role be?).
Given that all the most famous brands have now enhanced their online support services, I find it really useless to insist on this brand.

The games published by Esprit Games are all identical in mechanics, the only thing to change are the "skins" of the characters/setting. Mechanics shared with thousands of other titles, where tasks are performed automatically, except for a few clicks here and there every now and then. And, just like the aforementioned, at some point it becomes difficult and boring to level without using real money. Without mentioning the intrusive and continuous invitations to buy, with the screen full of banners.
The icing on the cake is the lack of customer care, also made of marketing campaigns through the so-called "offer walls", never paid to the end user (tested via gamehag).

The prices are competitive and there are (often) great offers but... that's not what kept me here!
What has held me back and continues to hold me back is support.
Every single time I have had a problem, be it technical or commercial, I have found PEOPLE willing to listen, understand and help.
And this is rare today. Because today the answers are always generic, a FAQ copy & paste, something totally impersonal. On Namecheap, on the other hand, I feel completely at ease and totally relaxed. I am never afraid that a difficult problem can't be resolved, because I have already had difficult problems and they have solved them soon.
I hope Namecheap will become a model, a case study to talk about in university courses. Because theirs is the right way to interact with customers.

I participated in their marketing campaign LootBoy, by posting unnecessarily numerous screenshots to validate tasks. In the end, the campaign ended and nothing was recognized to me. If they can't do a simple marketing campaign, how can they solve bigger problems?
It's 2020: wake up or sell the company.

During the first hours of play I had a constant feeling: the game is old. And it's not as old as something coming out 5 years ago but it's as old as something over 10 years old. The game mechanics are old and abused in every single low-end MMO. Some of the things here would be old even for a mobile game. And then it's boring. To consider this game pleasant, you have to be in love with Japan but at the same time not have a culture large enough to appreciate the most modern Japanese videogames ((and videogames in general).
The consensus is completely based on old-style marketing where meaningless numbers are used ("*******999 trillions of users!", Therefore trillions of bots and inactive), event sponsorships and offerwalls (ie you should get a reward by playing a few hours. But actually they have defective cookies and therefore they don't pay. For information ask Gamehag users).
Overall my experience was very bad, from the beginning to the end, and I don't think it's even worth the time it took to download it.

The prices shown are without taxes and the products are then taxed in the cart. This is a waste of time and it's an unfair practice, sanctioned within the European Union.
What rating can be given to those who violate the regulations?

Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market

We are really sorry to hear that you feel that way.
Every customer is obliged to choose their own tax region during the checkout.
In this case, the tax is not included in the prices as every region is different.
Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it.
Have a nice day,

Awesome support!

Every time I contact the support, even for a little doubt, they respond quickly and in the right way. Also I have never had any problem with the sale of keys or with their purchase.

Of those I've tried, this is the only reliable keys store with private resellers. Recommended!

Many companies struggle to understand a very simple concept:
I, a customer, can say: «I'm sorry about what happened».
You, seller/producer, must find a s-o-l-u-t-i-o-n. You can't be the one to say: «I'm sorry, and that's it» *facepalm*

I bought a set of colors as a gift for a friend but the packaging was defective. This resulted in foreseeable inconveniences, and I was forced to buy a modest gift because the budget had already been used for the set.

Winsor & Newton support was sorry, they would investigate... No solution.

When we make gifts we choose prestigious brands to enjoy tranquility, sure about the product quality. Undoubtedly, after this experience, the prestige of Winsor & Newton is tainted.

Today I noticed that a gamer has been asking for months how to print the D: OS2 lore book. I never noticed it but the PDF was actually distributed badly. The pages are not single but in pairs, therefore it's not easy to obtain a booklet. None of the Larian Studios deigned to help him.

I mean: any other developer, after months of requests, would send him a physical collectors edition as a prize!

Because if he wants to print the booklet he has invested money in sheets of good weight and cartridges, plus he invests time looking for help. That person truly loves the game. I'm nobody, I'm a player like him, but what I saw touched me deeply.

They did not even deign to send a well formatted PDF.

I had a lot of faith in this team and now I'm truly disappointed.

Limited range of choice compared to competitors.
The quality of the streaming sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's unusable. On some devices the definition is like Youtube, but 10 years ago.
Obviously there is no attention to the customer, who must take all the blame. But this is an attitude of SKY and Now TV is a division.

Criticized in every single nation where it is present, because incapable of listening to its subscribers. Lives thanks to a very limited number of exclusives. Fortunately it will disappear along with traditional television.
Don't settle for refunds and don't waste time with assistance. Remember that you can report misconduct to antitrust/competition regulator: do it!

Often purchase on eBay UK and it's the first time I come across a shipment run by Pitney Bowes. I hope it's also the last one.
What should have been a fast delivery was actually a slow one, but paid triple.
The customer service, contacted in advance, blamed everyone except himself.
So I think we're done here.

Do you have in mind when a game ask you to watch a video or complete an offer to earn credits? They are probably behind it.

IronSource is the company behind many game monetization systems (former SupersonicAds).

The problem is that they don't pay many offers, technical support is non-existent (answer with copy / paste) and they earn millions of euros while we do the work for them.

Scammer definition: "a person who commits fraud or participates in a dishonest scheme."

After the lucky period between November and January, the website started to get worse by returning to the levels of the past.

Ad-Cookies do not work and this means that you will play for 2-3-10 hours to get nothing in return. They will say that they cannot do anything, that it's advertiser's fault but who selected the advertiser?

The support is gone, I have been waiting for 10 days for an answer to the last problem and over a month for the previous problem.

The way of acting has become suspect, very suspicious. For example, the game "Magic: The Gathering Arena" has a defective cookie. There are many reports (I have attached them to the image). They have neither fixed nor disabled but have increased the reward, in order to attract more people (who will not be rewarded).

About chests: there is a user on Instagram (@recensionivere - "gambling around" collection) who has published dozens of stories. The possibility of finding something good seems to be less than 1%. And I said "good", not "excellent", those keys may not even exist!

Recently they announced 3 million users and for this it is even more unacceptable. The small realities are to be supported in the difficulties. They must be understood. But when you have millions of users: you have to improve! Hire staff, pay better, be more active!

Great website to redeem gift cards!

From November to today I have used GameHag every day and I can give you some useful tips.

1. Earn points through games. It's easy, fast, and some games are also really nice.

2. One game at a time, maximum two. Try to complete the tasks before moving on to the next one. Because nobody knows how long that game will still be valid.

3. In case of problems, contact support (aka Misty), with a polite message and containing as much detail as possible. So you will surely be helped.

4. Accumulate points for gift cards. Forget the chests!

5. But don't forget the free chests! There is one free per month and sometimes there are events with other additional free chests.

I won Darkness II and Beholder 2 from the free chests. I redeemed a 10 euro Steam card and now I miss a few gems for an Amazon voucher;)

They have obvious problems with cookies. When you click on their ads (for example on offerwall) sometimes the registration is recognized and other (too many) times not.

Unacceptable after the GDPR: no option to delete the account, there is a mere suspension.

Seems an awful lot of trouble for so little.

We spend a lot of time answering the exact same questions. When there is a "suitable survey", it first makes you answer all the survey and then says that you are not eligible.

Of the many clients I use (Steam, GOG, Origin, Uplay) this is the worst.
Poor personalization, disorganized shop... just think that there is not even a wish list.
The interface itself is badly designed. When I use the PC I want a PC interface, not a console interface!

And then the reviews are missing. I trust a lot on the reviews of the players and the possibility to talk about it with the player himself.

This simply seems like an improvised shelter for developers. Of course, Epic will continue to stack users, but they will mostly be users who are not interested in buying games. Users who go there for free games.

In summary: website, client, content, marketing campaign... start all over again.
