I'd only ONE request, only one, to merge my old email with my new one, only that, nothing more.
So what you have done it to delete my old banggood account and to do nothing with my current one. I am not able to log in and since my order is not here for the past month and a half I am not able to log a compliance or take the number of the order.
I contacted your live chat, but sorry those guys are idiots. Not sure if you have 10 or 20 support systems but the email in Outlook with my initials must be only one.
