Bought various parts pretty frequently, so `
Pros`
1. Responsive costumer service (can easily contact them via facebook)
2. Free and fast shipping on orders over 49$
3.So far i didn't received any wrong item from about 12 items of 7 orders
4. Had some refund situation, but received my refund without delay.
Cons`
1. Some items are overpriced, you can easily buy same item more cheaper on ebay or amazon.
2. They bit picky about payment method, accepted and then canceled one of my orders because it was made with international Visa card, so i had to wait for a refund... using paypal now.

First of all they have expensive and long shipping rates. My first order had happy ending, but the second one nullified any desire to deal with them again, mainly` i ordered 8 quarts of MB 5w40 Engine oil and received 8 quarts of ''Rowe'' transmission fluid!; from which 2 bottles had bad cap and some of the fluid spilled all over the box... guess i have to change a transmission oil ;)

Ordered a few parts (SR rear control arm kit, Ball joints, etc.) which were available at the moment of purchase and had 2 days delivery status. After payment was made, the order has gone too deep ''processing mode '' for about 20 days!, all of those 20 days I desperately tried to contact their customer support and even posted about my problem on their Facebook page, but has been totally ignored; calls - set on hold, costumer support tickets - no answer, FB posts - ignored. Finally, my glass of patience has filled up and I contacted them via bank with official statements of my money return. Basically the next day Their costumer support contacted me, apologizing and telling that one of the orders items (mainly SR rear control arm kit) is in ''back order'', so I canceled that order and they have sent me the rest of the items few days after, who knows how many days it would took to get answer from them if not the Bank... and all this **** after spending there over 2000$ in 3 months, totally embarrassing!
