They don't seem to be bothered and moved by not delivering a complete product as advertised. However they happily charge you and let you wait for months until the missing bit is delivered (which still hasn't, in my case). Shame on you, extremely poor service, not customer oriented at all, zero effort to assist customer or speed the delivery up, or swap the item for what was supposed to be delivered. Not in the company's policy, as I've been told. Sad...
Tip for consumers:
If you don't want to waste your time waiting for the correct product you paid for, then use a reliable company, not this deceptive one. They surely don't care if anything goes wrong on their side, it's the way they operate. I truly regret I didn't look at reviews first.
