As previously - they say that something is in stock; take your money and then say that it's not in stock. They claim that this is because their stock is updated twice daily. This is nonsense - goods ordered in June not received in September... BUT still show as in stock on their website. (I know that they'll never be received as the line is discontinued.) Promised a refund on one phone call. No response to any emails. Have now started process of recovering my money via credit card company.

Avoid these people at all costs. Search elsewhere on the Net. This is a common occurrence with them!
