I've waited for over a month for an item to be shipped.
At first it appeared as Pre-order, and the price would go up the more people will order.
I ordered at 06/03, and it should have been shipped at 14/3.
That day came, and I entered banggood to see why it was not shipped yet, and it appears that the item is out of stock.
I contacted the support, and they said that it will be shipped within 2 week.
2 weeks have passed, and the item... you guessed right, not shipped.
Contacted them again, and said that I can cancel my order, or find a different product with same properties.
A different product would cost 20$ more, and the product I've ordered had its price up by 16$.
Even on AliExpress the item has the price up, but the seller on AliExpress actually has the item in stock.
I've waited a little longer, up until today, where I got an email today saying that the shipment would take longer due to lockdown in my country due to corona virus.
But I've been getting ordered in the last couple of weeks without any problems.
They blame me for the delay even though they didn't even ship the damn item, because it is out of stock, while the seller on AliExpress has thousands of items of the exact same product.
They wouldn't accept to compensate me for the inconvenience, with actual money (I wanted to get refunded with how the product costs today on Banggood, which is 16$ more), and they only offered 200 BG points which worth nothing, since I'm not going to shop there any more (and I was a valuable costumer of a lot of order in the past, and this wasn't my first order in Banggood).
They've lost me as a customer, and I'm not going to buy there again, and I suggest everyone to do the same.
