Do not buy anything from this company or use their service. They are a complete con job. They promise much on their website but deliver very little. They have no customer service and when you do finally complain to them via Facebook they become rude and insulting. Save your money and either use a different streaming service or continue using cable. This company should be forced into bankruptcy.
They are the worst. Their customer support is a call center that will do nothing for you. They will double charge you and then make excuses for weeks. The only way to get you money back is to dispute the charges with your credit card company. If you really want a good company to do business with go to dcsbiz.com. Diversified Computer Solutions has better products and will give you customer support.
