I purchased two heart pillows for my daughter for xmas. And by February 10 the pillow ripped and when asked for a exchange only think that was offered was a 5 dollar gift card to purchase something else at there company... good luck getting me to buy anything else.
My issue with Care.com is that after 6 PM and on weekends no one can provide help with their website. If you have an issue sending messages or receive messages from potential nannies or caregivers you cannot resolve the situation until Monday at 10 AM or before 6 PM. So I missed out on three dates of services with no restitution from Care.com. Unacceptable!'
