I know that returns and exchanges are not accepted on Boxing Day however on a day like today when there is nobody in the store, the associate could have easily accepted an exchange for another size without any problem. I shopped local this year instead of online to support everyone's local business but I regret it as Aldo associates are not making any efforts to try to accommodate their clients when they easily can make a positive difference... too bad...
I will for sure take my business somewhere else next time.
