We checked here and you have requested for this order to be cancelled before the seller shipped it. A refund was returned to the same card account you've used to pay for the order on 2017-09-25 and it will reflect in your account within 10-15 working days but it depends on the refund process of your bank.
DHgate will hold your money after you've made a payment, this means that it is also us who's going to return the money if the seller does not fulfill the transaction. We will also only release the payment to the seller once you will confirm the delivery of the goods.
