I ordered 1 coat online, they called me, left voice mail, couldn't process my card,. I made new purchase, the same coat and used different card, they emailed me again, they couldn't process card, so I called back and BOOM... my card worked... but... they charged me twice. Tried to call the store, was on hold for almost 40 mins, and still didn't get a good answer, why I've been charged twice. Thought the store is a good quality and great service, turned out... opposite. No more!
