They autioned my entire unit full of
My belongings, my mom's dishes, clothes furniture everything I worked for my entire life!
I'm so terribly sick to my stomach and disgusted. I just want all my stuff back!
You are just a unit #
They will not negotiate partial payment to help you in a terrible financial time.

Tip for consumers:
They are liars and will give you a generic reply stating they will investigate. Ask them for proof: I'm still waiting.
