I love Yves Rocher's products and had been a loyal customer for 10 years before their dysfunctional website, counterproductive ordering process and generally unhelpful customer service finally got to me. I wrote several negative reviews and left.

Couple weeks ago, I came back to the website after two years of ignoring it just because I was curious. I was pleasantly surprised with all the positive changes. The website works now and (hurray!) it is functional, and the ordering went smoothly.

It still takes more than 24 hours for them to ship and ten days or more to deliver your order so you need to plan accordingly if you are sending a gift to somebody else. Long delivery time is the reason I gave four stars instead of five. I guess, I am spoiled by Amazon Prime (lol).

I haven't have a chance to test the customer service yet because everything worked so smoothly this time, and it looks like my gifts went to correct addresses :) Sales and promotions were also very good.

I have been with the company for 5 years by now. I love its products. Very high quality, natural, plant based and really working at least for me. I never had a problem delivering it to my address. However, forget sending a gift to your friend. It is next to impossible. It is a very easy task and other websites have no problem doing it. However, every time you put a different address in delivery section with Yves Rocher, it is a good chance that your order will come to you, not to your friend. It is like Yves Rocher is not interested in spreading the word about their products. And what really puts me down is that they are aware of it. The customer service rep told me the other day that, yes, I know there is a problem, I know the website is convoluted, I apologize but cannot help with anything, I cannot change the address even if the order haven't leaved the warehouse yet, in fact I cannot even say with certainty which address it is supposed to go to. It is plain annoying. So, based on that, Yves Rocher you are getting only 3 out of 5.


I absolutely need to share my story. We have been Ooma's Premier customers for almost two years. Only once we had a problem placing our calls. Unfortunately, it was when one of my family members needed to make some important calls. He was not happy about the disruption and decided to port the number from Ooma to Cox. While he was on his cell doing that, I was on my cell talking to customer service trying to fix the problem. The Ooma rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to fix the line in couple of minutes and then made it sure it worked. I also need to mention that it took no time to get through to a live customer service person.

This would be the end of the story but Cox already started the porting process. It took more than a week of service disruptions, trying to reach them and figure out whether the port was completed or not. Every time we would call we would be waiting forever and every time a different rep would give a different information.

Finally, one day before the port was supposed to be completed I called Ooma and begged to port our number back. Once again, I received a very competent and efficient service. We were able to get back with Ooma with a minimum hastle.

I also need to mention that Ooma's number blocking is very helpful nowadays with all these phone scams and robo calls. Cox doesn't have this opportunity. They have the same VoIP service for a higher price, with no call blocking, poor and incompetent customer service with only one phone line and marginal online communication.

On the other hand for a slightly lower price we are getting two telephone lines, easy number blocking, superb customer service and a functional website. I am not sure about other phone companies, but compared to Cox, Ooma is a much better value and a more pleasant experience.


I made one purchase from Venus and I am not going back. It is a legitimate company. It take more than a week to ship but they live up to their promise i. E. you pay they ship.

I ordered just one item, a long pleated skirt. I used their size chart and ordered a size up compared to what I usually buy. I understand I am not like one of their models but I am size small and I am tall. The skirt hangs like a sack on me. Nothing like on the pic. I decided not to bother to return. Just will donate and happily forget.

The quality while being OK doesn't justify even their "clearance price". The fabric gets wrinkled easily and this is not acceptable for pleaded skirt that cannot even be ironed.

As a bottom line, I am not a fan of buying cloths online. Tried with Venus and it didn't work. Their catalogs look presentable so get a free catalog, enjoy and recycle, and then go to a store where you can try things on :)


I purchased twice from Myhabit. I have to admit they deliver very fast. The fist purchase was a facial cream that turned to be good. That is why I gave two stars, not one. The second purchase was a pair of Luxury Rebel leather booties. The website said they were true to size so I ordered 81/2. When they arrived I was shocked. First, it was size 8 not 81/2. Second, they wouldn't fit even my hand. They looked like a pair for a baby girl size 81/2. I know that sometimes designer shoes are smaller than they are marked but why to say that they are "true to size"? Another issue was that the upper "suede" part was totally man-made.

I didn't have a problem to print out the return shipping label. Will ship it with UPS tomorrow so I would have a tracking number and will see from there. I definitely will use the account credit on Amazon, not Myhabit.
