RevenueWall has good rates and all, gives you great opportunities but their customer service is really bad, they give you repetitive instructions in like 2-3 days(they never respond fast)- they kept asking for a 'username' and when I send it to them they just ask me again to send for more usernames.
Update: Well, I did send them my username and the site I used it on, yet they still keep sending the same reply. There were no other information I can find on the account settings, so I don't really know what they were looking for besides the one that I gave.
It doesn't really matter anyway, this offerwall is also notorious for processing too many reversals unlike other offerwalls.
Hi Inori, thanks for sharing your feedback. The reason why support usually asks for the correct email and username sometimes is that the ones being submitted are different from the one you contacted us about.
This normally happens when users have more than one account which is against our terms of service so they have trouble remembering which email they used for that specific account.
So whenever you are in touch with our support please follow their guidelines so they have enough information to help you fix your issues.
