I booked a flight to Lisbon for June of 2017 for 2 adults. Site said that there were only 4 seats left on the aircraft. I was charged $1647 for 2 seats. Website stated that it was lowest guaranteed price for that date.
However, 5 days later, flight dropped, and price was $1347... The website stated AGAIN only 4 seats left for same flight #, same airline,
How can this be, that same fight, departure, and airline drops $300 in 5 days?,
When I called to ask for a credit, saying that I think that it was false advertising. I was denied a credit. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was also denied.
Then the agent asked, if I wanted to cancel... for $600, a ludicrous question.
Next time, I will only use a site, that has a price protection guarantee.

Althought the price you booked at was the lowest price at the time, airfare can fluctuate based on demand and availability. These price changes are up to the airlines.
