The worst experience ever. The customer service is awful I will said worst that awful. I bought I bag for 293 dollars. TopA quality the bag arrived frayed and inside was not leather. They just ignored me they didn't give me any parcial refund anything. They saw how the buyer send me the frayed bag and nothing no parcial refund anything. The number of my order was *******202. Please I wish I could read this before I am gonna cancel my membership and never buy again. Is some many better webs to buy don't waist your money. The worst customer service ever they are so rude and they don't give any solution only waisting your time and your money.
