“Etsy offers no protection for buyers”

I have not received my order, fallowed all the instructions (contacted the seller directly, waited a several days for the seller to respond, then contacted etsy customer service) and in the end was informed that the platform cant contact the seller and does not provide refunds.

So just keep your thingers crossed the seller is reliable!
