I was tricked into hiring this company for a home inspection, the owner, Michael Simmons conned me out of $225, by stating that he is certified, and that he's thorough in his home inspections, by inspecting the home for no less than 3 hours to 5 hours. This is FALSE. Michael knew it was false before he said it, he's a dishonest person, who use misleading statements and false advertising to bait customers to use his home inspection company, knowing that the consumer will never get what they pay him for. I would never hire Michael again. SHAME ON INTEGRITY PRO INSPECTION OF LEESBURG, GA.!

Be careful staying at this particular location, the front desk clerk a black male, STEPH, called the police on a black female guest for requesting a clean room. I know it sounds crazy, but it appears to be a pattern of Hilton. Check lawsuits against Hilton Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel. Be careful, be aware and most of all be safe.

I recently reserved a room here based on the reviews, bad mistake, there were random men just lurking around, watching sneakily, acting strange. The room was disgusting, it smelled like mildew, mold, moisture,sweat, dirt, sewage and animal. Just disgusting. The room assigned to me had visable mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the tub had hairs in it, the shower curtain was wet, not damp, but wet, upon arrival. This hotel needs to be reported to code enforcement environmental department. The owner should be ashamed of themselves.The room assigned to me shoud never been rented. The owner and operator is GREEDY, and have no concern for environmental safety and health. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT INN AUGUSTA RIVERWATCH. Stay at your own risk.

This Avis location is independently owned and operated by one white rude male with tattoos and a dark presence about him, who rents, damaged vehicles without noting the damages prior to renting, unclean vehicles, there is no sign of sanitation between rentals, and the rentals are issued with the gas tank on empty. When you address these issues, he immediately becomes aggressive and disrespectful. Be cautious when doing business with this location. Check your vehicle completely, and your rate fees and charges. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS AVIS RENTAL LOCATION.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights on business, and I must say, I was very disappointed in Marriott as a whole. The hotel is old, dated and not the condition I expected for $110 a night from a Marriott chain. The employees don't clean enough. The bed linen was dirty and not changed from the previous guest. There was a used washcloth hanging over the top of the shower curtain from a previous guest, (disgusting). The place looks very unclean. The pillow had mold/ mildew stains, the carpet smelled like mold, and decades of dirt. There was standing water in a trash can in the hallway catching water from a leak in the ceiling, which smelled like sewage. In addition, I was overcharged $300. Watch your bill closely. I could not believe it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Recently stayed at this Courtyard on business, it was awful, the room was dirty, the carpet was stained, the sheets were old and thin, the pillows smelled like sweat and dirt, the pool was closed, the business center was subpar. You are not able to print, scan or copy any documents. Housekeeping is below average, the towels were hard and old, the refrigerator was nasty, the microwave cups they give you burn when you put them in the microwave, very dangerous. The laundry room was not clean either, there was a mop bucket with water inside that sat in the same spot for three consecutive days, as managers, asst. Managers and other staff passed by daily throughout their shift. I commonly saw employees just sitting in the lounge area on their cell phones, while on the clock doing nothing. I was very dissatisfied with this Marriott. This corporation makes enough money to update this hotel. It's in a good location but it lacks in every other category. I do not recommend this hotel if cleanliness is at the top of your list.

I stayed at this hotel as a long term renter and I got the surprise of my life. The rooms appear to be clean and safe but they are not. I found mold and mildew on my personal property. I asked them to repair or change my room. They refused and then filed an wrongful eviction against me during a pandemic. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is filled with mold and mildew: in the laundry room, suites, hallway ceilings, behind the vending machines and underneath the cabinets in the rooms and bathroom sink area. The a/c wall unit is disgusting. I was assigned room 129. I had to contact the Forsyth County Health department because the General Manager Dave refused to repair the mold and mildew. These pictures are from the WoodSprings Suites located at 860 McFarland Parkway Alpharetta GA. This place also have alot of questionable ' regular' guest just hanging around. I do not recommend this WoodSprings Suites.

Tip for consumers:
Please do not stay at this Woodspring Suites Alpharetta. It is a rip off the room conditions are unsafe and you might get sick from staying there.

Priceline, engages in unfair busines practices by falsely representing the they offer quality, location, amenities, actual cost, and services. I made reservations through Priceline "we pick the hotel deal" for two weeks. After a few days at the hotel I lerned that the amenities advertised on Priceline website were false. THe hotelwas not non smoking, the fitness center was closed, no breakfast offered, the roomswere below average and the carpet in the room was disgusting.No daily housekeeping and the rate was not a discount. Priceline, also makes it difficult to speak with a customer service rep that can fully assist you. They also refuse to take responsibility for their dishonest actions once called out. I was on hold for more than an hour and half trying to resolve my issues and never resolved them. I do not recommend Priceline.

Priceline travel discount company is a scam.
