I am very unhappy with trip.com. I bought a flight ticket about £1208, however, I check later. It was overpriced. Also, ticket requires to pay for boarding and seat reservation. I complained about it but i received irrelevant reply. I again complained but no one reply me. I was overpriced and also badly treated by customer service. Don't use this app. Date of experience: 18 March 2023

I received the product at a lower price than what you paid. I complaint it but they just apologies for it and refund. However, they should refund because I sent them price tag picture. Also, they are very slow to reply. Very poor customer service. I believe that manager will contact me to sort out the issue.
