All my experience with Juvia's Place was good, until now. Sunday, November 15,2020 I order the whala 2 eyeshadow palette. On Monday, November 16,2020 order was shipped out. On Friday, November 20,2020 I received my package. I was excited opening the package, when I finally open the package and pull out the eyeshadow palette, smile up went smile down, I had a frown on my face, cause the palette that I th was the whala eyeshadow palette that I already owned. So, I immediately contacted Juvia's Place customer service the same day, I let them know what was the issue and sent images of the box that have tracking number, my name, address on the box, items I received, and package slip, no response. On Saturday, November 21,2020 sent images of the box that have tracking number, my name, address on the box, items I received, package slip, and a footage of the whala eyeshadow palette that I owned and the whala palette that they sent out to me, that I didn't order, with the package slip that showed what I order, no response. Still waiting for a response that I feel that I'm not going to get. I just want what I order. So, I'm here writing this review. Horrible customer service, give 0 stars. If I decide to support the owner of Juvia's Place, I might order through Ulta Beauty.
