Over a year later just noticed a $59.95 charge on my credit, they saved the card number and charged it despite of my account cancellation from a year ago! The business is so shady I ended up not using their service, cancelling the order AND the account. So if you do not OPT OUT specifically you will be charged continuously for the $59.95

We do our best to communicate how the trial membership works on our website, at checkout for your first order, and in an email reminder 5 days before the charge is processed. At the end of the 30-day period, we charge the $59.95 annual membership fee, and we guarantee that you’ll make it back in savings over the year. If you don’t, we give you the difference in Thrive Cash when you renew. As we are a membership model we do require a card to be on file, however, once an account is canceled a member is able to remove it. Wix USED to have a great team, quick, professional and efficient. Now I cannot even contact them. The number either doesn't work or if I got lucky to have it ring, I got a message that the office is closed during their limited business hours (Monday-Thursday). It's been weeks that I've been trying to get in touch with them to no avail. Their site is full of angry people complaining, pleading for a call back.
