They charge a lot of fees, and if you pick the wrong freelancer and want a refund, they will not refund 100%. You as a costumer have to take all the risks and also pay a lot of fees. I lost 26 USD in the exercise because I got a freelancer that simply ghosted me after some days and I had to ask for a refund. They refunded but kept the fee. They could have kept the fee if I wanted to work with Workana again, but they lost a customer.
Also their chat system is bad and hard to use.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use Workana. If you are going to use it assure that is a good quality freelancer, because if there is a dispute or it's a scammer you will have to pay the fee.
