ON TUESDAY JUNE 18TH, I TRAVELLED FROM CHICAGO TO ATLANTA. I RENTED A VEHICLE FROM ENTERPRISE
CAR RENTAL BUT DID NOT LIKE THE CHEVY EQUINOX THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO ME, SO I ASKED THAT IT BE SWITCHED
FOR A DIFFRENT ONE. MY PERSONAL BELONGING WERE ALREADY LOADED INTO THE EQUINOX INCLUDING MY WALLET.
ANOTHER ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER WAS ASSIGNED THE VEHECLE. AN ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATE TRANSFERRED MY BELONGING
TO A NISSAN MURANO BUT MY WALLET WAS LEFT INSIDE THE EQUINOX THEN RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE.
THE MAN DROVE OFF WITH MY WALLET. I DROVE AWAY WITH THE MURANO AND REALISED I DID NOT HAVE MY WALLET WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN MY DRIVERS LICENSE TO MY
WALLET. I RETURNED TO ENTERPRISE AND REPORTED THE INCIDENCE TO A MANAGER AND ALSO THE
PERSONNEL WHO DID THE VEHICLE SWITCH. I HAD NOT LEFT THE AIRPORT SO WOULD BE WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF THE RENTAL.

I WAS TOLD THAT THE CUSTOMER WAS A FREQUENT RENTER BUT THEY COULD CONTACT HIM BECAUSE IT WAS
AGAINST ENTERPRISE POLICY. I CONTINUED PLEADING WITH THE STAFF OF ENTERPRISE AND WAS DELAYED
FOR HOURS. IT WAS AFTER SEVERAL HOURS THAT THE ENTERPRISE MANAGERS TOLD ME THE
CUSTOMER SAID HE HAD SEARCHED THE PESSENGER SEAT, THE BACK SEATS, AND THE TRUNK AND DID NOT SEE ANY WALLET IN IT.

I WAS TOLD THEY BELIEVED THEY BELIEVED THE CUSTOMER AND I WAS GIVEN A PERSONNEL TO GO THROUGH MY
PERSONAL ITEMS TO ENSURE I DID NOT HAVE THE WALLET. THEN I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME.

AT THIS TIME I ASKED TO MAKE A REPORT TO THE AIRPORT POLICE DEPARTMENT. I WAS PROVIDED A WEB ADDRESS TO MAKE THE REPORT.
I LEFT THE AIRPORT WITHOUT A PENNY ON ME. ALL I HAD WAS MY DRIVERS LICENSE. THE CASH I HAD FOR MY TRIP WAS IN THE WALLET. IT WAS ABOUT $860.00.

LATE EVNING THE SAME DAY, A LADY CALLED ME FROM THE LOST BUT FOUND TO SAY THAT THE ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER SAID HE FOUND MY WALLET ON THE BACK SEAT.
AT THIS TIME, I HAD CANCELLED ALL THE BANK CARDS I HAD IN MY WALLET. I WAS STRANDED BECAUSE NO HOTEL WOULD CHECK ME IN AS I DID NOT HAVE ANY MEANS OF PAYMENT; I SLEPT IN THE RENTED MURANO. I DID NOT CHECK INTO A HOTEL UNTIL THE EVENING OF THE NEXT DAY WHEN MY BANK SENT NEW CARDS TO ME.

ON SUNDAY EVENING, I RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT AND PICKED UP MY WALLET ONLY TO SEE THAT ALL THE CASH INSIDE THE WALLET HAD BEEN REMOVED.

I AM WRITING YOU BECAUSE ENTERPRISE KNOWS THE CUSTOMER WHO TOOK MY CASH FROM MY WALLET BUT HAS REFUSED TO REACH OUT TO HIM. AN ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATE TRANSFERRED MY BELONGING TO A DIFFERENT VEHICLE AND LEFT MY WALLET BEHIND IN THE SWITCHED VEHICLE. THE CUSTOMER DROVE AWAY, DENIED HAVING THE WALLET INITIALLY BUT LATER SAID HE FOUND THE WALLET. I WAS NOT TREATED LIKE A CUSTOMER ON THAT DAY. I HAVE BEEN AN ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER SINCE 2004.
I WAS NOT TREATED FAIRLY.
IF THIS CUSTOMER RETURNED MY WALLET WITH THE CASH IN IT, THEN SOMEONE IN ENTERPRISE MUST HAVE REMOVED THE CASH. THE TRUTH WILL NEVER BE KNOWN IF THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO HIDE THIS CUSTOMER.

UP TILL TODAY, ENTERPRISES REFUSED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND REFUSED TO DISCLOSE WHO TOOK MY MONEY.
