This is NOT a good place to do anything. Terrible customer service. And then I left a bad review so they are holding my withdrawal and wont release it because i left a bad review?

These delays and setup for crypto space defeat the purpose of Satoshis. What happen to trustless transactions? Speed? Anonymity? All the things that make up crypto space! This is just another bank. NO! (FYi: they still wont respond or release my withdrawal because of this review? INSANITY!)

Their add came up aggressively on Instagram so i decided to click on see what they have and where the product comes from. On the About Us page, it describes they operate out of 'sunny florida'. I came to realize this is not true.
I decided to place an order thinking its a US product, i receive a confirmation email. They said it would take 3 to 8 weeks. That was too long a wait because i was travelling to new york around that time, I then tried to find a phone number to call them and ask to pick it up from their store or location instead.
They did not reply till exactly 7 days later and they told me, i cant change the delivery address and they didnt provide a number or address. They sent a tracking link instead and shows in transit coming from CHINA. I didnt want that kind of product.
I have since been sending email, contacted my bank and trying locate them but they have refused to refund my money.
I NEVER received any item.
The order was placed january 11,2018. This is April.
I started a chargeback dispute and they declined it and lied that they have sent me an item and that i should send it back for a refund.
I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ITEM.
They have no proof, post office or otherwise because i never got it. Didnt want it anymore.
I have opened a civil case in court and would like to settle the issue there but they have declined any attempt to get their address or phone number. They do not respond to my emails anymore.
Something has to be done about this fake business and their website. They are selling fake, counterfeit products out of the US and they dont get delivered.

Same thing is happening to me right now and dont know what to do! Justfly and flighthub are the same bloody scammers!

The most ridiculous thing ive ever seen and heard in my life. Lagos to Cotonou, which by the way is about 3 hours east of my location, is about 500,000 Naira! A trip to kenya only cost 180,000Naira but the neighbouring country which is a 3 hour drive goes up to 1.5 Million naira and the best part is... Its a 25 HOUR FLIGHT!... To Cotonou, Benin! I mean... I paid about 300,000Naira to get to CANADA!
