Nothing but lies, back orders, fake tracking numbers and scams. This company has the worst customer service of any company I have EVER dealt with.
Read the positive "reviews". They are blatantly fake.
I am disgusted with PayPal for allowing this company to use PayPal.

Update - gearbest contacted me and basically offered me a bribe. They said they would give me a free "gift" if I updated my review on sitejabber. Yeah, I will update it alright. I'll update it to say what lying, unethical and dishonest scammers they are! Take your free gift and shove it. I won't lie to fellow consumers.
Look at the response from gearbest on this very site. It is just a junk generic answer. They don't want to fix the problem. It seems that they didn't even bother to read to see what the problem is. They won't give me a refund and this is their excuse - "The money has been frozen if it is in the jugement of paypal." Absolute nonsense. I sell through paypal too and I know that a seller can always give a refund. If I get a refund it will be by force and not gearbest doing the right thing.
DON'T say that a full refund was issued. More lies. A partial refund was for a DIFFERENT item and this was only because PAYPAL issued the refund NOT Gearbest. I don't want your refund. I will not revise my review. Gearbest is an awful company and I want nothing more to do with you, EVER!
