Im really sorry, but your order has been sent to you, it was sent on 25/2/2010. This was over a month ago. It should have been with you by now.
If we could wait till Tuesday, to see if you get your item.
If not we can offer you a refund or re-order your item again for you.
This is a message and the last which was the 1st of April, still never received anything or any refund, i am sending an email EVERYDAY until someone gives me a refund or the product i ordered, payed for and needed. They are happy to take money but not to satisfy the customer.
