Falsely lists items as in stock, takes forever to ship. If you need to do a return once you finally get the item, they will claim it was a special order and charge a huge restocking fee. Look elsewhere if you want integrity and good customer service.
We do apologize for the inconvenience you have had shopping with us. We ship out a lot of products and try to keep inventory as accurate as possible. Sometimes it takes some time for our system to sync with the warehouses to show an accurate inventory count.
I did notice that you received your item but requested a return authorization.
