I had very bad experience with flighthub. Totally their fault but they passed it to us. We have to book 3 times and in the end cancel 3 times
The reps are very rude and try to lure us to cancel the flight to gain cancellation fees.
We dont know what to do but to warn everybody.

Thank you for taking the time in review our services. We were able to locate your bookings to verify what happened. As per checking, we do see remarks on file that agents have stated name was okay with the airline but showing different in our system, this happens when there is an infant on lap on file, the name can get too long to fit in our system which is why it is not showing, but showing correctly with the airline.
Please note, due to this we have gone ahead and refunded the cancellation fees. 1 booking was cancelled for free, second booking had a $25 fee and third a $50 fee. You will be receiving a refund of $75 within the next 2-10 business days.
