Ordered a mobile case, after completing the payment through debit card, the site failed to update and threw an error stating payment unsuccessful but money got deducted from my account instantly. Been trying to contact *******@beyoung.in but no response apart from automated reply.
Very bad 1st experience shopping with beyoung. Customers beware! When you do online payments with these kinds of new ecommerce sites coz they have very incompetent sites for making payment and worst customer care.

Dont ever do online payments with these kinds of ecommerce sites apart from well known sites such as Amazon, Flipkart etc, orelse you will end up like me losing your hard earned money and not even gettting a response for your complaint
