This company website does not allow you to escalate a complaint to stop payment. They want you to use a desk top computer. (Outdated now) i used an iphone to order a product that was defective, pay pal would not allow me to contest the purchase and favored the cheap product company to keep my money. I will not use pay pal anymore. Don't use pay pal.

I recently buy an iPhone lens through Aliexpress but got a cheap broken lens but when i complained, i was told to to submit clear pictures, i did but was told to resubmit clear pictures, i explained that the blurry pictures were from the broken lens i received, they denied my case because i did not submit clear pictures. Aliexpress failed me and supported a scammer selling cheap broken lens that do not work with iPhones. Do not buy from Aliexpress, they won't support buyers
