I have ordered a pair of vans shoes on the 21/09/18 which then I have received emails with my purchase confirmation along with the links for their store and emails too but then I wanted to go on the page and it seems like there is no such page and the email address is not working either, they have charged me £30 for my shoes that still hasn't arrived and the online store is not to be found and I have no idea of how should I contact them? Or if I will receive my shoes? Or whether I'll get my money back? Anyone had the same experience? And if so is there any way of contacting them? Please if someone could help with it I'd be much appreciated.
