Hi every one I am currently single and at 67 I am still chasing skirt or was at one time. I am a good guy, try to keep it all straight when talking about what is going on and who to watch out for.

I am a good listener and try to come up with what I would do answer right or wrong. I was in the automotive industry in service and warranty department for 38 years loved my customer very few butt heads less than 5 and you can ask questions if I have a problem with question it can be figured out.

FedEx just flat rocks they have never given me any problem at all FedEx gets the job done and if a problem they will contact you and try to resolve it, Pam in Grand-Rapids, MI. FedEx you flat just ROCK Thank You!
UPS they get the Job, but the customer service lacks compared to FedEx if there is a problem UPS just sends it back to you, but I have next to no problems with UPS.
USPS what is their problem? Need to start firing or retraining employees. Sent a card to son and family they got it, but both ends were ripped apart and lucky I had money tapped in card but dancing rain deer was broken I have pictures as proof. The biggest problem USPS lost a iPhone X which was sent to a friend in Las Vegas which to this day they never got and I never had it returned and it was certified so not signed for either. Sent it July 3rd 2020 I have been fighting USPS ever since and it is 02-02-2021 now. I was never offered insurance or a returned paper work after signed, not at all. The last time packaged scanned was July 7th 2020 at 1 am. Well lets just say some one from USPS stole it and they will not take care of me. I have all my paper work on this also.

I have been in my place for almost 4 years now. I thought I need and should get a home warranty. Left a message on getting response from 4 different companies. I was called like at really early next morning by Select Home Warranty. The sales agent told me the top of the line warranty a platinum would be x amount and would cover my roof and septic tank also and if you want a better deal pay $1200. 00 for 3 years same warranty and coverage is great top plan they have, so I bought that plan. 2 1/2 months later my soft water system goes bad. I called they made appointment and said I would get a call when, great. I was never called so I called Select Home Warranty and was told this was not apart of my warranty and it would be additional charge. I told them to cancel me because I was told this was their best plan that was B. S. I was called back several days later but missed call and called Select Home Warranty back and was given an ok deal and I payed or additional 3 years so I bit on it so total I paid for 3 year plan total $1364. 94 and re made the appointment so my water softener could be repaired or replaced and I even gave them make and model of water softener and was told we will have some one call you. I waited for almost 2 weeks and yes the covid-19 is going strong. I called them a Select Home Warranty again and was told that they did not have a company that could do that in the area. I was told I could get my own lic. Company to replace my water softener and they would take care of me, B. S. and hung up. I waited around 3 weeks or so as not to take their Customer Service Persons head off was not his fault he works for a shady company like that. I called and told Customer Service I wanted my money back, PERIOD. I was asked why which I told them on crap service I got and I was told by Customer Service guy who told you that I stated you guys did not 1 but 2 of you did that. I also told him after she said he would handle that that forget it I can repair myself and I want my money back. I was told again they would take a percentage out of what I paid for for early termination. I told him you guys do what you have to and I will do what I have to do, Pay Backs are a MOTHER! One other thing Select Home Warranty takes your money right away and it takes 30 days from Select Home Warranty to get back your money, B. S. Would I recommend Select Home Warranty, NOT ON YOUR LIFE! I HAVE ALL MY PAPER WORK FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL KEEP IT!

I have gotten 2 cards so far and both where at Smith's Food Market which is owned by Kroger's and even thou I did not go into deep reading I did see there was a complaint of card bought at Fry's Food Market yes owned by Kroger's. I will be calling Kroger's Corp. office with complaint.
I have bought 2 cards at different times say 4 months apart 1rst card no problem with site, but when I found the card was not used as it should have been and was waiting for authorization I had card cancelled and never received another card after talking to rep from phone $75.00.
2nd card bought I registered card took several attempts to register card, but finally did get through registration, YES! Now I am trying to check first through phone and did 1 time only on their site but tried 8 other times and after I put last 3 numbers from back of card in reverts back to start up page to register or customer already signed up page. Be real Prepaidngift card company straighten your website up and pay me my $75.00 you stole from me.
I have no pictures on this computer to add a photo, first I should be have to go and do this every thing should be good A+ ratings not F- ratings.
