I made an order on 3/9 and reached out on 3/14 to see if the order had been confirmed. I received nothing. Unsure if I was even going to get an order I sent another email to see if they were still operating. Again nothing. On 3/18 I finally got an automated email saying that it was shipped. The lack of communication is unprofessional. I would not reccomend this store because of it. Product was meh

I bought a cover for my hearse which I measured exactly. The cover was supposed to actually have some extra space left which was fine by me. I pay almost $200 for it and when I receive it, It is to small. I called once and they told me that their covers are "perfect" and didnt believe me then told me to email them. I got off the phone and I emailed them, they asked for pictures so they could replace it. I told them I didnt want it replaced I wanted my full refund POSTED PER WEBSITE. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for return shipping and they require a tracking/insurance on it or you wont receive the refund. The shipping cost plus what they are requiring are like half of the cost of the cover. That is not the definition of a full refund.
I call a second time and speak to a man about an exchange which I cant get because I bought the biggest cover they make. So I cant afford to return it and they cant exchange it for me. I ask to speak to a manager and he says that he will call me back which he never did. I called again and the manager would not speak to me. I am now stuck $200 STOLEN from me and with a giant cover I can do nothing with. This "company" is a complete rip off. I went to walmart and bought a $20 tarp and some rope to cover the car. What else am I going to do. I now have no money to get an actual cover. My only other option was to get a %50 refund and deal with it

They said I refused a full refund and a replacement which is not true. They said that they did not have a larger replacement and that their refund policy could not be altered in any way.

Hello, we offered to replace the cover free of charge with a better fitting cover you refused we we are still willing to replace the cover. We simply asked for the cover too be returned to us and we would have issued a full refund. The value of on the package was to avoid any further costs. Again we are still willing to replace the ocver free of charge.


I have used this site 3 times which is why I decided to go back. BIG MISTAKE. I just lost my job and don't have that much money and I needed a cellphone so I bought a basic phone for $28.95. I received it in the mail 5 days after ordering it and set it up and after fighting with it for over an hour it still did not work. I called 11/18/2017 around 4:30pm and I was told that It was MY responsibility to pay a restocking fee and pay for the shipping if I want a refund. FOR A BROKEN PHONE. Along with the phone I received a separate stating that there was a "30 day no hassle guarantee" and to call ASAP if there was a problem, which I did. I will be contacting them to take down the good review that I had left them because they obviously do not deserve it if they are going to treat RETURNING customers this way. As if I wasn't already down on my freaking luck. Thanks alot bestusedcellphones.


The return process is exceptional. All you have to do is locate the order on your account, hit return items and they send you a return label which you can just print off through your email. Then you stick it on there and ship it back no hassle. They also give you plenty of time to send your items back out. Instead of the normal 2-3 business days most places give you. You don't have to talk to a customer service rep at all and you don't have to send out emails and wait for a response. You also do not have to wait for your refund; as soon as you drop your return off at the ups or local post office and they scan it in, you get your full refund.

The customer service if you do decided to call is complicated and they mess up your orders hard core if you need something changed. I placed 2 orders and needed to cancel one so I called the phone line and asked them to cancel it. They cancelled the wrong one so I had to call back again and cancel everything because the rep was confused and didn't know what he was doing. Then It was a fight and alot of confusion about the refund for the orders. I guess it all worked out in the end but I didn't re order the purchase I had originally wanted to keep. Instead of cancelling an order it is easier to have it sen to you and do process a refund. It is much easier. They also have a lot of fake reviews on items but they are pretty easy to spot.

Other than that I use amazon for alot. Love it.


I ordered the 10 sticker deal where you get a discount if you get that many. They were for a dance studio I am working on at home to go on my mirrors. When My stickers arrived they were nothing but blurry blotches on sticker paper. You can not even tell what they are because they are so small. It states on the website at least 3" the stickers I received were barely 2" after measuring. I was completely ripped off. I tried calling customer service because I want a refund and they did not even answer the phone. Now I have 10 blurry stickers that I have nothing to do with. I also did not receive a receipt. I went to the red bubble website to submit for a return and the site says:

"Hmm. We can't seem to find your order. Double check that you have the right email address and order number (which you'll find in your order history page). Or reach out to us on chat!"


UPDATE- Red bubble told me I needed to send them pictures of everything I received which I was unable to do due to not having devices to be able to do this. I told the live chat rep more than once and she ignored it completely. So I had to download itunes to my computer use an old broken ipad to take the pictures more than once because she said they were not good enough the first time, download everything to my computer through itunes and then send them to her via email. Twice.

So after unnecessary hassle, blowing up on a live chat rep, multiple days of back and forth emails, being told there was no customer service phone line and someone telling me that there had to be an investigation I finally got my discount. I was also sent multiple messages by red bubble on site jabber to check my email for some kind of message which I never located? I stand by my opinion of this site being a total scam site and I do not recommend that any one ever use it. It is very obvious that their customer service is all scripted and not personable at all and when I try to look up the order on my red bubble account at this point it still says:

"Hmm. We can't seem to find your order. Double check that you have the right email address and order number (which you'll find in your order history page). Or reach out to us on chat!"

I received my package shortly after I posted my first review about customer service. There was handwriting all over my box about what the address should have been, whether or not it was the wen company or the ups service is beyond me and the pumps for the bottles were both broken. Results of product usage as directed made my hair very dry.


I've ordered multiple pairs of shoes from this website and they came quickly and were packaged so sufficiently and I ordered a big black tote purse with a huge bow on the front when it arrived it was better than the picture they provided for it. I LOVE IT! Have never had a problem.


Etsy used to be an awesome website, i used to love ordering from there. The last time i had a problem a couple of years ago, a woman personally called me and fixed the situation immediately. She was very professional to talk to and bery nice. Now if you have a problem they send you an automated email that you cant reply too. They dont care about customer service any more they only care about the money. They look at you as a case number and not a person. I wont be using etsy anymore if i can help it. Id rather go to some place like walmart and deal with their customer service!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you contact the seller first to get a feel from who you are buying from.


I ordered quite a few items from this website. They got here quicker than I expected and the order was spot on! The website has such a variety of items, No issues so far.

Great website. You order your food online and they issue discounts and coupons when you order through them. Fairly impressed. Haven't had a problem yet.


I wanted to order a Christmas present for my boyfriend and found a small plague doctor statue that I thought would be perfect I paid $65 for and and when I go it it was cheap flimsy plastic.

Horrible horrible horrible costumer service. They are very rude bland and don't answer any of your questions. They also "don't issue refunds" and "don't take back purchases" they also don't tell you what their products are made from.

Worst site ever. Cheap $#*! for ridiculous prices.
