We ordered a loft bed in August and it wasn't fully delivered until the following February. It took nearly 6 months with 3 separate deliveries, many phone calls, time spent tracking and reordering before we had a complete bed. It was a disaster, no compensation for the incompetence of their systems. If you don't have time to track, figure out what you're missing, reorder, track, reorder, track and track then don't order from them. There was never any follow-up or follow through from anyone in the company. I will never order from any of the William Sonoma companies.
Tip for consumers:
Was given a 6 week shipping date, but it took almost 6 months. Customer service does not follow up on the orders, does not expedite, cannot track it accurately.
