April 27th I ordered some cool white leggings. Money was immediately debited and an email saying my order was on its way. I had an account on the website and that account however indicated the order was "unfulfilled". I waited 2 weeks and checked emails and account and the information was stagnant (had not changed). I started to write emails. I issued statements on FB and Instagram about my order and still no reply. The phone number was "not in service". What they say on their website about supplying merchandise contradicts how they actually operate. It is coming to 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive a response let alone my order. Tip for consumers:
I would search online reviews of such websites first before purchasing. I wish I had done that at first. Nero's website seemed highly professional and that got me.
