Paid for a subscription to interweave knits, paid for it in October, and they suspended my subscription in dec. 2021 for over due payment. I see by the other complaints, I am not the only one this company has stolen from. Can we get the authorities involved to solve our problems?

I ordered a strawberry vanilla hydrangea and it arrived dead. It fell out of the pot during shipping, potting material had fallen out of the pot and out of the box. It was crispy dead. After seeing this tiny little plant, I realized that I had been scammed. I could have purchased a large hydrangea locally for $48.49 and it would have been healthy. Then I discovered that the company does not offer refunds for dead plants, only replacements. I find it sad that a company has to misrepresent its products, and do business it this way.
