I used to love Amazon!
Not so much any more, this crap about charging for the item, when ordered and again when it ships - when it's already been paid for & taken out of our account in full - then Amazon puts another hold in that same amount for 10 days - like it's not paid for yet, that causes issues for some people who don't want to wait 10 days for the other hold to be removed.
Especially when you purchase expensive items like for 300.00 or more Amazon after already receiving the full 300.00 puts a hold on another 300.00 for 10 days! WTF.
I don't recall it being like this when I first got my prime account!
Not happy about it.
Amazon customer service says it's our bank!
Not true no other online store that I shop at does that crap.

I had to make an online purchase return - my experience with the target customer service was good, very helpful, fast and very accommodating to my situation!

I have ordered so many things from wish I have not received, I am not a happy customer!
However the Jewelry (free - pay shipping) is made of high quality delivered in decent time, and most of it is from China.
The rest I have nothing good to say about. It's absolutely a horrible company to deal with!
Been waiting 3 months for my deliveries & still not received the items I paid for and I ordered them the first of march.
No help from customer services!
Might as well have given a few thousand to a good charity!
I would have felt better about it...
