The service from this website was awful - i'm still waiting for a refund since last Christmas! I'd advise you don't order any Christmas beers.

I ordered in plenty of time before Christmas - a few days before it became clear the order would not arrive so I tried to cancel. Not possible. Customer services closed for Christmas and New Year. I sent various emails but they insisted on delivering the parcel in the New Year as the order had gone through.

I refused to accept it as it was intended as a Christmas present and was ordered weeks before Christmas. After lots of chasing and wrangling they finally agreed to refund less the delivery fee.

I have NOT yet received the refund and they refuse to answer my emails.

So I suggest you avoid the aggravation!
