Kenneth P. Sherman was my child's minor's counsel in a family court. Later, I found that he also works at a dependency court. He removed my child from my custody only to help my child's father who paid $20,000 to him prior to my child's lawful relocation which I obtained through a long appeal I prevailed but Sherman used social workers in order to avoid my motion for disqualification hearing set prior to the relocation. He was supposed to lose his license in the hearing if the hearing was not cancelled when he instructed social workers to remove my child from home and file a case with his dependency court in which he works. Once your child is assigned to him, be ready for losing your child to social workers or healthcare providers.

He immediately conspires with social workers or medical doctors if mothers file a motion to disqualify him or if fathers pay to him. Even if you win your appeals, he changes the order by moving the case from his family court to his dependency court where he makes lots of money and his friends are dependency court judges. In another case, he even moved a child from a biological mother to a step-father only because the mother is a Mexican while the father is a Caucasian. He has been sued by some of mothers due to his corruption. He also moved a child from another Mexican mother to a black father. His policy is moving all children to fathers. His associates quit working with him in a few months or years due to his corruption. He changes his law firm due to this problem in every other year. If you are not Caucasian fathers, you have no chance to keep your children at home. He moves children to his dependency court from his family court once you challenge his credibility or once you have convincing evidence to remove his license. He has much more power than judges since he uses two courts to control parents who may consider filing a motion to disqualify him.

He never ever advocates the best interest of children. He moved my child to the father who has been always diagnosed with schizophrenia. And he did that when the father was also restrained by a restraining order. Kenneth P. Sherman is above laws. He hates mothers who study laws because he always wants to be above laws.
