I tried to order a skaroots bag, not cheap around £58
My credit card was charged

I was given a tracking order which did not work for the delivery company a terrible plastic bag called Michael Kors arrived from China,

No documentation in the bag or return address

The site only offers e mail contact but there is no response to my queries

The site is only licensed for one year, which is suspicious

I ordered Sakroots duffel instead got some cheap terrible thing valued by them at less than 10 dollars no written information no returns label no answer from Emily service or web to 6 responses
No answer to request for a refund
Will contact credit card company next everyone should be warned
Please ignore their web they just seem to send what is nearest to hand
