“Can't download themes”

Themes are not downloadable from the site and found out afterwards they are moving to a new site and you have to go to another site to set up another account. Then open a helpdesk ticket. Which they still can't even seem to find the new account on the new page. Disputing now for a refund. It shouldn't be a hassle to get a file downloaded.
