Took 30 days to receive and they charge me 60 for return. I asked them if any extra charge for return and they didn't say anything when the return " POLICY"s aid they will be charges but they never said the amount. I had to chase them up for my sunglasses. SHADY company They can charge WHATEVER they want. They chose to ignore my emails. Doggy. They defiantly dont care about the return customer. Ccz they already rip you off without you knowing. 59 for a return + my own shipping. How reasonable is that? They even remove the review on Google. Shady
Tip for consumers:
you have to ask them the exact amount of the return fee, otherwise, they just charge you the fortune. Euro 59 return fee and a month waiting. They refused to explain. I even went to my local police to seek for advice, they said Unless I hire a lawyer to sue them. They leave me no choice to leave bad review.
