Black lady working the cash register was SO rude. She was very disrespectful to multiple customers, and I could not deal with her when it came to my turn in line, so I let the people behind me go ahead of me while I waited for the other cashier. And the entire time while I was checking out my items, she was talking BS and running her mouth to the other customers I let go in front of me. If it hadn't been for my patience, I would have gotten her fired. Such a horrible experience, and never want to shop there again after that because considering how much money I spent, that should not have happened, nor in general. As a human being, HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR OTHERS.

Target's customer service sucks. I had an issue with an item that was sent to the wrong address. Instead of addressing the issue, the lady at customer service told me to keep tracking the package and that I would have to wait until the person returned it back to the sender. So basically, she was saying unless that person returned it, I couldn't do anything about my package and neither could they. But since the package hadn't even shipped at that point, she could have cancelled the order and not have it shipped out at all. I just don't understand the incompetency of their customer service.

Everytime I order dresses from Charlotte Russe, their sizing is inconsistent. I am a petite small girl, and nowhere else I have issues with sizings staying consistent. However, multiple times, the smalls of the dresses I ordered were beyond tight, and this time it was too big. I just don't understand how sizes of clothes of one company could vary so greatly.

Do not waste your money on their outrageous prices of "tutoring" or "help." I feel that it is definitely a scam business running, not intended to help students in need, but rather to get them to spend their money on something that doesn't fulfill its services. The tutors I've had were extremely rude and non-native English speakers. Their sentences could not be correctly comprehended nor could they explain in simple English what concepts were. The academic counselor I got linked was even worse. He said that I was the rude one because I was so unsatisfied with this service, but if you're trying to make money, you don't tell the consumer that they are rude. This "counselor" had the worst attitude ever and I will never be using their service again.

I always have an issue with Forever21! And I'm usually a very calm person, but when this happens every single time it pisses me off beyond no doubt. They never respond to their customer service emails and the people you call at customer service are very unhelpful. They pretend to help and make it sound like they are helping you, when really they are just reciting back information you already know. I just always have issues with their shipping too. If I pay an additional $20 for expressing shipping, I should expect to have my package by that date. But no, they always come up with an excuse and it arrives 7 or even once, 12 days later! And if you call them, they say "rest assured if your package arrives late, we will issue a refund," however, I still have yet to receive one from last year and realized it was just comfort words without any truth. Also, customer service seems rude. A bunch of thick-accented people who speak way too fast or mumble, and make it seem like you're the one who can't speak correctly. I'm just astonished how I've spent so much money both online and in store here, yet they can't respect their customers.
