I shop online mostly and feel when only necessary will take the time to leave a review to hopefully get the attention of the company and warn others what to expect. I am not easy to complain but if I can be warned before losing so much into an online purchase, I would want the information like everyone else. I have to hand it to Jen's Scrubs... they are the best I have found on the net after suffering through Tafford, Lydia's and a few others. Tafford being the worst. What ever happened with them during that time they were getting poor reviews has been fixed and things are okay. Jen's has the best deals and offer reasonable min. Amounts for free shipping. My orders always come quick. I have made several orders with them and all of my orders arrive within a few days of ordering. I had to call because some of the orders with Jen's do not show up under your email when needing to return or exchange and that has been strange but someone always picks up the phone or emails back. I ordered 4 weeks ago from Lydia's which I found out is a subdivision of Tafford (should have researched) and I am still waiting on that order. Jen's always has coupons going which just makes it better. I can recommend this place. One thing I did find though is that the color choice and item variety is a little more limited on Jens but hopefully they will put more options on some popular scrub brands.
While I am at it and have the time ---Anyone wanting to know about Uniform Advantage?--I got my order okay, and not too late after ordering but the embroidery was terrible terrible quality. Half of the H in my name was missing and some of the embroidery was so haphazard with chunks of letters having threads missing where it is so bad and crooked that I can not wear the tops. Of course they are not returnable, because everything was spelled correctly, I was told! So just know, find a local place to do embroidery--every single place I have used online with scrub companies have had poor quality embroidery--or I just have not found the right place.

All the reviews that say the customer service is horrible are right along with my experiences. I never got them to answer the phone once- ever. One thing I found using them with the secret rates hotels each and every time (unless you just hit a jackpot) is that you will be placed in the poorest rooms the hotel has to offer. I don't mind getting the lower rate rooms but some of the rooms we were given needed to be out of service. I felt as if we were a nuisance to the hotel or second class citizens checking in and given the cold shoulder compared to other guests, I guess because they paid the regular rate? Anyhow, we stopped using the secret hotel deal after being placed in a room we rented that had blood all over a couch and a bathroom that flooded all the way out to the bed almost and the hotel did not move us citing that there were no more rooms left with our special rate even though the hotel was half empty and did not refund. They also told us that customer service was through hotwire and to take it up with them? Learned the hard way these years that grandpa was right when he said you get what you pay for.

Usually I don't pay too much attention to negative reviews for a company or seller if they are a few out of many many positive reviews because you can't please everyone. I am a very patient customer when it comes to shipping, etc and do not expect the world to come to a halt because I am upset. However, this company exceeds the worst experience by far when ordering scrubs to the point I had to google reviews on this company to see if it was just me. My order was never received and found out a month later it was canceled because they never had the product in stock and it took unauthorized charges disputes to get them to tell me after weeks and weeks of waiting. So I thought it was over- wrong.
I also found charges with my paypal because when you buy from them and use paypal there is an agreement for pre-authorized charges. They all of a sudden found one of the items over a month later and charged my paypal for it (it was a part of a set and clearance- so finding the mate would be hard). All of this was done with no consent and they never asked if I would want the item or items later or pay 10.00 shipping because they found one of the items I ordered in one order. None of these items were special things or embroidered. I contacted customer service many many times and never got a single response from the company at all other than the one that told me over a month after my order they were canceling my order. I had to get with paypal on several attempts to recover my money and will not use paypal again if the company requires pre-authorized charging. I canceled the agreement that Tafford used to send me what should have been a 12.00 item 34.94 for the one item. They then emailed me a couple of days later saying they were trying to send items in my order but could not get paypal to approve the order and wanted to know if I canceled the agreement (Yes, Tafford--I did). Keep in mind we are talking over a month and a half after the order date.
I have been buying scrubs locally and some online here and there for years and this is the worst experience a very patient understanding customer has been through with scrubs.
I can never recommend them and maintain a positive self-conscious and will never use them again no matter how good the sale is. I only have one review here and because google has blocked any way to leave a review for their promoted customer, I decided to leave one here in hopes to help anyone before they have a bad experience like mine. Thank goodness I read the ones for allheart before buying this time around!
