I bought a pair of pandora earrings for my mother for Mother's Day and it lost a Piece of the rose metal. I contacted Ruelala to return and get a refund or credit and I was told that I would get &15 instead of $39.99. I asked why and they said because they ate not accepting returns. I am definitely not buying at Ruelala any more.
