I book my flight tickets with this compagny, not expensive and very good service. If I have a question, they are easy to reach and really help you out, not like some other cheap flying compagnies. They don't make problems but give solutions and also provide good service to go to the airport and when you arive.
I book the same hotel on the same day for two different days, one date is accepted the other one cancelled. But I have a bad credit card!

Booking.com not reachable only by mail, getting an answer that shows they even didn't read my previous mails and three days after I send it.

This is one of the mails I received:
Your reservation was cancelled because the property didnt receive valid credit card details by the set deadline.

The most common reasons a card cant be authorised are:

Incorrect card number or expiration date
Insufficient funds (card limit was reached)
Card doesn't allow international transactions

And what is even nicer is that you can share it with your family. That way it is even beter. Love it
I had a complaint, because the delivery did not take place at my home address.
As the delivery firm did not find me at home, they delivered in a tank station with whom they are cooperation. But that was not mentioned on the not they left me.
I took me 25 minutes to get them on the phone.
So I complained to bol.com about this.
They excuses (it was not really there fault) and gave me a serious discount on my next purchase. And this only took one mail and not even one day.
Very good service.
I bought for 100 euro on the site, it states no FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. I got a notice from DHL to pay 34 euro import taks.

It took the customer service 11 days to respond to the submitted ticket with the following answer: "Please pay the tax and pick up the package asap.Or it will be destroyed soon and we can't do anything for you"

It has only has a vague warning somewhere on the website: In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees levied by your destination country. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
