I bought a brand new Frigidaire upright freezer, mdl FFU21M7HWQ, that lacks leveling feet. The customer paperwork expounds on the need for proper leveling to ensure longevity of their product. Yet it is delivered with two of four leveling feet as all four corners are stamped and threaded for leveling screws.
Frigidaire customer service says the customer needs to buy additional feet to level the device that their warranty paperwork claims to be necessary to assure proper operation.
This is ridiculous that they cut corners to the point of shorting the customer leveling screws for which the unit was designed and built to be provided for proper installation...
