This app helped me love myself by making my body slimmer, stronger and healthier. I began to eat right and thanks to the application I forgot about the heaviness in my stomach. I do exercises in the morning every day and in the evening every other day. Waking up I feel more cheerful. My stomach does not fall out like it did before. I became more confident in myself. Definitely 5 stars!
