“Poor quality and late delivery”

My assignment was given 10 days but the writers kept changing on the last day which resulted in the poor quality of assignment and late delivery. The writer did not follow my instruction to write just wrote what he believed. I was asking a refund but they said the writer did follow my instruction. Anyway, they do not want to refund any.
I highly suggest not to use this company unless you love wasting money
