Do some research and you will see that you can't find bad things about big companies who pay to be on this site (small companies or owners can't afford to do this, very expensive).

Owners are not asked to be on this site and they will not be remove when asked.
Anyone can write negative reviews without ever being there.

In my opinion, when you are looking for a nice location, ask a friend or familiy. When you're not sure and have questions, ask the owner(s).
When you have an issue, solve it by talking with the owner(s).
They are also people and hope to make a living with what they do.
